Machine provided was old.
I have been told that the packing machine which they are providing is latest. But it wasn't.
When machine was dilivered driving belt and many more important parts were missing,
It took 5 days to configure the machine.
Still it wasn't working properly, with in two weeks of normal working clutch brake motor stopped working.
Pneumatic stamp stopped wyorking.
Than again need to call their technicians.
After 3 weeks horizontal cuter stoped working.
When told Properiter of this firm stopped picking our call.
When asked he said he will be sending Techician but it took 4 days for him to send Techician without any spare tools. And said he doesn't have any tools with him so again he has to come back to get it fixed and shifted the dates to another 3 days.
Still till date i am suffering.
Pros: Cheap machine
Sweet talker
Cons : poor qualities machine
After sale service is worst.
Can't trust a single word what they say.
Still you are planning to buy a machine from them then keep their number of dialling list
And keep calling them every now and then
