★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zuii Organics, India, shipped this colour corrective primer. It arrived in a dry state. I was unable to squeeze out the primer. On opening the bottle, the primer was found to be dry. Please see attached pictures for proof. When I contacted Zuii, their first reaction was "no refund" even before they could see the pictures and videos. So, it looks like, the company culture is not to refund money on a defective product even before investigating the case. Nevertheless, I sent them pictures and videos and also shipped back the defective product.
Miraculously, the product was "working" after it reached them. Never mind my video and pictures proof. They created their own video - with who knows which bottle - the product I shipped back or a new one on their shelves - Who knows?! A company which says "no refund" on first sentence even before listening to customers full complaint, can go to any extent not to give a refund. Isnt it? Also, supposedly I shipped back the product "damaged". The damage? A broken cap! A 10 rs worth cap was broken in transit (perhaps) and the company refuses to refund 1400+ rupees spent on the product.
For the record, I had purchased many products from Zuii. This is the only one which was defective. So I gave them a whole month to resolve the complaint before writing this review. There are many players in the organic cosmetics market today. One differentiator is how the company deals with complaints. In this aspect Zuii India failed. Their attitude has put me off so much that I have decided not to buy fro Zuii again.
