★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy their product. It doesn't have Artificial intelligence, machine learning or anything. They have people sitting in the back end who do this manually to give this impression to their clients. Ever wonder why the "AI suggestions" from the weekend don't work properly until Monday morning? It's a sham, Zwayam is fooling its clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience has been extremely negative. From the low pay and excessive work for most of the employees, especially developers, to the lack of respect for anyone outside of the top management and sales team, and general horrible treatment like they own you...
I have a number of friends from Zwayam who have been thoroughly mistreated during their stay there. I will definitely not recommend anyone to work in this organisation, unless you cannot get a job anywhere else.
To the management, stop exploiting people and treating them like trash..
I would also strongly advise companies looking for recruiting solution NOT to go for Zwayam, as these people aren't honest about what they promise about their product. There are much better solutions available at a little higher price that actually do what they promise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good software company.... environment was good and also staff members are good....I had gone to attend interview..first round was written test(programming) based on Java and data structure ....1.matrix 2.find missing no. 1 to 100 3.reverse a linked list and write 2 algorithms.but it was my bad luck that I have not that much practice on data structures .....so u well know....what would be my results.best up luck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company with a C grade work culture. Realise that you won't go anywhere by exploiting your employees. If you have more work, simple solution, hire right people and right numbers. Instead of making one person work for 4 people's job. Does anyone need to teach this HR management company, fundamentals? There is an inherent exploitation going on in this company, which is putting their employees and their families to irreparable damage. Rotten work culture, Zero robustness in their products, poor software, low quality managers and third grade management culture. I wish, I could wish them good luck, but that won't work. Understand, you cannot flourish without your people flourishing. First is people, second is profit. Realise.
