★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the builder.He has cheated us with his fake promises.We are struggling for the basic of services like property tax,electricity bills getting transferred to our name and have been paying commercial rates despite the bills have been coming on builders name.The staffs are very misbehaved and builder doesn't address any issues rather talks in a very harsh language.
Guys please don't buy property from this builder if you are considering his projects at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder not fulfilling the promises of Amenities. Poor Maintenance. Construction is good but giving low rating due to plan vs actual status not at all matching. Access road is still not built. It's pathetic situation as of now.

Builder has cheated us.. He has not fullfilled the commitment given in sales brochure. He has not confirmed anyone that there is no road to society. Builder does not have any clue or control on road work.

But Builder has cheated us.
1) Taken maintenance money for 3 years and do not provide basic facilities properly. Still the work has not been completed. Not fulfilled the promises.
2) No one to look after and address our issues.
3) No proper road connectivity.
4) His sales personal will speak to u very nicely before buying the property. But afterwards they will never ever listen to u.
