★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best authentic vegetarian eating place. JP Nagar 1947 Franchise is one of the best family restaurant . Be early to enjoy the cuisines . Some times and mostly on weekends there will be big crowds and many of our families can enjoy family outings with a good ambience .and quality and authentic food . Service on week ends may be delayed but that is understandable due to crowds. Best place to enjoy your palate !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1947 Restaurant situated in J P Nagar is a nice place to spend time with family and friends. Car Parking is available at basement and from basement one can go by elevator (lift) to restaurant. Seating arrangements are nice and ambience is good. The food is good and enjoyable. After the food , one can taste Chocolate Pan which is very tasty. Overall good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited here few weeks back and I loved the food there. One of the best places in Bangalore for authentic north Indian food. I remember me and my friend wanted a particular seat but we hadn’t made any prior reservations. But we requested them to let us sit and they gave us the seat. The staff was very kind. Would definitely visit there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1947 JP Nagar - This restaurant recently got shifted from Jayanagar to JP Nagar. They have parking in the basement which is very convenient. This is one of the best vegetarian restaurants for North Indian cuisine. I’ve been visiting this place from more than 8-10 years. They serve the tastiest foods. Their ambiance, service, taste and everything is amazing. It would cost around 1500-1800 for à la carte for 3 people. I would suggest their à la Carte is much better than their Buffet. Their starter crispy corn chilli is their best dish it has the right mix of crisp, spice and the taste. I order it every time I visit. They have an amazing view if we choose the seating near the windows. Good place for lunch with family. They have good ambiance for pictures too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All time favorite for good food and meeting place. Food is not spicy and light on the stomach. Advance reservations advised. The place also runs one for one buffet Monday through Friday which is very popular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was the 2nd time I went there. It was really good and of course enjoyed the food. It is like any other buffet but due to the pandemic, they instead served you the unlimited food. That did get a little awkward as it felt like next... Next... Next and next - you are in the main course - thats where I dint relate to our typical buffets.
The food from the starters to the dessert was delicious and I do think they can experiment with their deserts.
