★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic staff, standing over here the guy is chatting away with his friends. No care for anyone. Poor security guy was trying to help out. Choices were less. I walked out super annoyed.
Never visiting this lame place again. Id suggest check their online shop and save time. What an utter waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the Pepperfry design studio on a weekday afternoon 7 days back and was wowed by the entire experience. The studio is very tastefully done and has a decent range of products that have been showcased. We had gone with a very specific mission of checking out certain colors / finishes and also getting a sense of the quality of the wood but Ankita (who I think is the studio head) and her team very patiently showed us around the whole place and walked us through all the items on display. I ended up considering products like wardrobes / sideboards which I had decided to purchase elsewhere. Very useful trip which gave us new design ideas. Would recommend a visit to everyone who is considering buying online at Pepperfry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste place. They don't have manners and doesn't know how to behave with customers. Useless staff good for nothing and just show attitude. With this behaviour you will go no where but shut down your business. Teach your staff how to attend customers and talk to them politely and to behave good with them. Priced extremely high and they think by pricing high and by showing attitude people belive the product to be of great quality and brand value, customers are well aware of the market so stop fooling them.
