★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience was good at Hometown JP Nagar.. we got the exact match of the lounger sofa what we thought for but due to wrong labelling our billing went wrong. It was a minor mistake but the effect would be returning or replacement after delivery. I really appreciate the support and services provided by the team, it took 2 hours however they put all the efforts to arrange the selected product and correct the billing. Normally sales executives can easily ignore the customer after billing and entertain new customers to meet their targets however they gently accepted the mistake and proactively worked on the issue. I really appreciate their gestures and customer greeting. Thanks Mr. Asif & Ms. Pooja for support and services, keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is such worst site to buy furniture. They don't keep up their promises. Right from product delivery to product installation, you should keep begging them. I had been following up for product installation for 2 WEEKS and still waiting. No response for emails and false promises by customer care.
Update 1: My concern itself is there is no response to Emails. They are again asking to me to send email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered shoe rack. Looks like wood but feels like plastic. Will never order from here again. They used MDF to build it. Back panel is paper board. Not even MDF is used there.
