They created a lot of fuss while exchanging a dress purchased as gift, stating there were wrinkles and the tag was removed, while the tag was removed by the reps itself when the dress was brought for gifting. The wrinkles were caused as it was a Chanderi Silk material. Very bad customer experience. Not coming back to this store of Soch.
