★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience Excellent collection and courteous staff who understand customers needs immediately and show sarees, dress materials accordingly. Mr. Srinivas showed nicely and was able to pick silk saree, woolen shawl & kalamkari dress materials within 1 hour. Will visit again

I was exploring online portal of Nalli, selected 2 from premium range, each worth 35k, the pictures in online portal were just amazing, so thought before buying let me explore the same type of sarees in store.
Decided to go on a weekend, it was around 11.30, initial the parking of cars in basement is too steep, not recommended if you are new into driving. The welcome at store was real good, they were guiding based on the requirements, they have 3 floors.
As we had to purchase in large numbers, we wanted to explore the variety of sarees in different range, saw almost a different sarees and decided to ask about the selection we did in online portal, they said the online store is different and they cannot get them here in authorized shops, I was taken aback a little, then asked if they have something similar, they showed very few in that range, and we were not satisfied at all.
After that thought to explore some silk Panche set, the price on them were indeed on higher side, I had seen the same silk from same manufacturer at 40% less price in a different store, then confirmed that they are on higher side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is friendly. Nice atmosphere. Staff wear masks and maintain distance. Very good practice. My mother felt, they don't open the saree completely while displaying it to the customer. And they should provide at least a jute bag to the customer. The sarees we buy are expensive ones. They provide paper bags which is good initiative but these are very fragile.not good for carrying sarees. So I suggest, if you plan to shop here, carry your own bag.

They were kind to show me their collections. Would recomend this place for people who know little about silk and yet want to gift it.
