★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a long time say 15+ years customer of griha Vaibhav. Would visit the place before buying any appliance as they would usually give the best price and good customer service.
But now a days not just the prices are high but the customer service is pathetic. They have changed their view towards customers.
The way Mr.Srinivas one of the staff behaves really made me not to go to them again. Such a arrogant and senseless behaviour. They behave like they are giving off things for free. Forget about walk in customers, they don't have any courtesy even towards long term customers.
I strongly dont recommend Gruhavaibhav.
