★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought clothes in btm Layout makeover fashions. We were promised it can be exchanged in HSR layout. When we went last Tuesday to exchange the HSR Layout make over fashion sales rep said he could not get the bill details on his system (we had the bill) and asked us to come 2 days later. When we went today he refused to exchange (all we wanted to one size smaller) and was very rude. He just said :go back to btm. I can't exchange here. It was such horrendous experience. Multiple visits to the store, and very very bad treatment and rude treatment from sales rep. I will never ever visit this store again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone..
