★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrangements were not at all good. No coordination between the caretaker and the owner. Geyser was functioning in only one bathroom. Had to carry hot water buckets from one bathroom to the other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited 1993 the villa yesterday with 12 friends. The villa is too good. Team is very Co-operative.They have kept the villa very clean. Best place to chill with friends and also with family. Breakfast was yummy too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are dusty and beds are not king size. Bathroom no hot water. Bathroom has earth worms and insects. Washrooms don't have jets with proper flow of water while doing potty cleaning.
Food is good average.
TV is not full HD.
Ac in hall not cooling properly.
2 rooms with ac not cooling properly.
Under the bed there is some one dirty underwear yuck.
If u have dust allergy like me u will need to have any allergy meds before entering the house.
House is not maintained properly.
Pools is very dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The villa is not price worthy. There was no proper communication between the owner and the care taker. Just don't go with the pictures you see. A recommendation to the owner if they keep a check on the reviews then firstly keep a good communication with the guest who visit your place and keep all the arrangements before hand. Hard a very bad experience with your service.

About villa it is not maintained properly
We booked this villa but after reaching there we thought at this price we would had got nice villa somewhere else.
AC not working properly,They have a hot tub with no water in it,After visit they actually call tanker and fill water,Instead they can keep ready everything once it is booked
If services is improved and villa is maintained it is nice place for groups to visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good place. Only problem is, there is lot of mosquitoes and swimming pool is very bad maintained. You should reach there via Bhayandar, it'll be easier to reach from Bhayandar rather than going from Jetty of Borivali.

Outside it was pretty lush green & visually appealing. However due to the weather, born fire wasn't a good option. We stayed inside most of the time.
One thing that could be changed is. The place has ample of space to extend the pool.
If not, atleast was expecting the current pool to be clean. The floor was dirty inside the pool. Definitely needed a scrub, though the water was clean.
