★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very pleasant Ambience and Good variety of food and Desserts <3. Also a very convenient seating arrangement and good for Buffet lovers. The staff is also Very Humble. Excellent taste of main course/Starters as well as salads and desserts. Do try the Blueberry and Mango-Cherry Desserts along with Traditional Gajar Halwa and Kheer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first visit to Hyatt and it was kind of a special day for me but it turned out to be pretty average as few items on the menu especially the beverage and pasta was not up to the standards and after my complaint they brought a different beverage which was also average, they charged me for the same even though I wasn't satisfied with the taste, the staff was alright as few of the members were rude but few of them did cooperate.
But at the end of the day I had a pretty bad experience in term of quality of the food and ambience as they denied to change the table even though the restaurant was almost empty.

Staff were really polite and professional.service was also fast. What can be improved is the taste of dessert .Overall had a nice experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally after going through all the mixed reviews, we decided to visit this place and experience their dinner buffet.
?Ambience - A very Sophisticated, calm ambience. Pefect if you want to have a peaceful dinner time away from all the loud places.
?Staff - Staff were polite, helpful and ready to serve us.
?Buffet Dinner - They serve limited starter ( 2 Non veg and 2 veg) , but we loved whatever was served in our platter. The dishes were fresh, hot and tasted delicious.
There were salad , fruits counters, live chat and pasta counter.
Main course had lot of varieties. Good options for Veg and non veg gravy. Rice and Biryani was pipping hot. Hot and fresh roti's were served on our table directly from their kitchen.
Deserts - Again limited variety in desserts too like cake, pastries,Ice cream, Gajar ka halwa etc. But their Kheer was toooo good. The best kheer I ever had.
?Hygiene - 5/5 for hygiene. They have open kitchen and well maintained.
?Overall Rating - Overall we had a very good experience. Both family wise and food wise. I would give it 5/5.

1) it was very clean
2) staff was friendly and helping
3) hotel was situated in the center of the place, thus easy to find and commute
4) it was on the 3rd floor, and it was for the people who stay in the hotel, and rest others have to pay and join like we did
About the food:
1) The menu was very wide including both veg and non veg items like poha, upma, grilled tomato, paratha, dosa, utpam, juices, yogurt, museli, corn flakes, pan cake, donut, waffle, egg items, idli, salad, poori, etcccccccc
2) few things were very yummy like paratha, dosa, etc but few tasted very bad like waffle was very hard, and donuts seems like old

I booked the deal through dineout thus got 50% off the breakfast coupon so it cost us around 320rs per head
