★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is good, rooms are really nice with morden architecture. Food is also good, though the spread is not so big but taste wise it was really nice. Only issue with this place is that property is very small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best place for relaxaing. Ambiance is good also the staff here is very decent and polite. I visited gallery cafe where I found the staff was very enthusiastic and explained the dishes properly also quality of food is good the vibe in the cafe was cool which made it a good spot for relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is with respect to HYATT PLACE AT PUNE. The rooms are good, but not so accepting staff behaviour at the cafe. Since yesterday we are coming for our meals and we don’t have our own privacy. Every 2 mins the staff is coming and asking whether the table should be cleared or not. Can the guest not have its own meal in peace? What the urgency of clearing the table? Every bowl is cleared one by one. Why is it so? It is so embarrassing for us to even have our meal even after paying so much because they are constantly behind us for just clearing the table. I would hope that the guest get their own time to have their meal since they are paying and it’s not free of charge. I hope going forward the guests are not embarrassed. Really disgusting to experience such type of behaviour at a 5 star hotel. Plus the food is too okayyyy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Property is well maintained. Rooms are big and clean. Staff is too good especially Chirag on reception. Chirag arraged surprise cake for our Anniversary. Food was so yummy. Connected to highway. Got nice deal for 2N3D. Lots of varieties in sweets and food item. Hot items served on your table by staff. We enjoyed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mid-size room with intelligent decor which gave a comfy feeling; clean and well maintained. Ala-carte dinner menu exceeded expectations, kudos to the chef for that. Quality and quantity of food was quite satisfactory.
However, breakfast buffet had limited options .Overall a good stay option in Hinjewadi, Pune.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not visit for stay but for a friends 50th birthday party. The location is not difficult to locate. The starters as well as main course was delicious. The party hall was also spacious. Overall enjoyed the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A normal hotel, can't compare with Hyatt standards. Rooms are just above average. Fresh towels would have boost the exclusiveness, but they are using bit old and heavily reused ones. Received even torn one, which is not an expectation from 4star rated hotel. Breakfast menu is limited and again missing 4star element. Overall it's qualify for a good 3star category

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily one of the best place to stay! Rooms and interiors are good. Food is good, but they should increase the variety of items in buffets.
The hospitality is amazingly good and is the area where they surely deserve many more stars than five! Staff is very lenient and extraordinarily helpful. Almost all your requests will be served and you will rarely hear something like "this is not included in package" or "sorry, we do not provide this facility".
Overall, you are sure to expect a very satisfactory and relaxing stay here!
