Well, this is going to be a very long review, and I request anybody who is going to do a root canal treatment (RCT) in this clinic read this. TL;DR: Please get a second (and even third) opinion before doing an invasive procedure like RCT! (Even if it feels like an emergency due to pain, try to visit one more dentist). If you don't have time to read this long review, just imagine the pain I must have undergone which led me to write this review about this clinic. This review is for a series of visits (10+ visits) I had with Dr. Pujari 4 years back from Nov 2017, and I am leaving out this review now because of all the depression and suicidal thoughts (Literally!) I have been experiencing from an RCT in this clinic. Everybody makes mistakes, even a doctor with the most respected profession, but the important thing is to admit and fix it, especially when it affects someone else's life. Dr. Pujari is an invasive dentist (preferring RCT to dental filling) who doesn't own his mistakes, and this affected my life in a terrible way. BACKGROUND: I was 22 years that time, with an RCT performed on a front tooth from a dentist in another city. I had recently moved to Bangalore, and that front tooth got re-infected. Being a person who always wants the best possible care, I went through Practo and Google for the highest-rated dentists near my area, and chose Dr. Pujari. EXPERIENCE WITH CLINIC: In 2017, 32 Smiles clinic in Marathahalli was poor. The place was cramped with no space to walk, unhygienic, and was using film X-rays (10 times more radiation than digital X-rays). At my first visit, Dr. Pujari identified the cause of my problem by looking at the X-ray and suggested doing a re-RCT with their endodontist specialist. I decided to do the re-RCT and got it done in 2 sittings. But the pain never stopped, and I visited the clinic once again after a week. Dr. Pujari took more X-rays on the front tooth and said that he missed seeing that the first time and the middle two teeth also had cavities. He urged me to do RCT on those two teeth as well. Me being naive didn't even get a second opinion that time, and I accepted the treatment. The pain didn't go away even after a week of placing the crowns. Dr. Pujari was getting frustrated to see me again, and this time, he took another X-ray and said, 4th adjacent tooth also looks to have a deep cavity and this is what causes the pain. Me being in extreme pain (felt like an emergency) believed him and did the 4th RCT in this clinic. The pain aggravated and caused a burning sensation in my lips and nose. When I came back to Dr. Pujari, he was very rude and made me believe that I might be having TMJ or sinusitis problems. I went to an ENT doctor who took a Sinus CT and Brain CT even (imagine the radiation!) to rule out any possibility of nerve damage from RCT, I visited a Neurology professor in NIMHANS for nerve damage possibility. I went to 5 other dentists for checking TMJ problems and some dentists told me that RCTs weren't done properly and they can see the infection at the root tip. Finally, I went to Dr. Pujari with the digital X-ray on phone from another dentist pointing out the infection (I wasn't naive anymore. I even read research papers to identify the cause of my pain). He said, "RCT looks fine, but since you are in pain I can ask another endodontist with more experience to re-treat your teeth". LIFE AFTER THIS INCIDENT: Soon after realizing that this clinic ruined my teeth, I started my hunt of finding the dentist to cure my tooth pain/gums burning problem. It took me 1.5 years to find that dentist (Ridgetop International - Dr. Jayashree and Dr. Akshay) who did an apicoectomy surgery to remove the infection from the root tip. 2.5 years later, I am in the USA now after my Master's, and visiting dentists here, spending lakhs of Rupees to cure the depressing pain in the front teeth. My front teeth are ruined, possibly will be extracted in 5 years before I reach 30, and I have to live with pain, all because of the wrong diagnosis in this clinic!

In these covid times safety and hygiene are the most important thing for many of us..we can go undoubtedly to this clinic as they maintain , sanitize clinic very effectively.Must visit for Dental implants also.
