While taking blood too much of pain as the philanthropist not well trained
Overall I’m not happy with the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at TMT was very good and polite and Explained the process thoroughly. Kept following up during the test for any discomfort or to stop if needed.
Bad part - too many mosquitoes in the rooms throughout the clinic.

Although I did find it strange that for payment options, they only have cash, cards and Paytm wallet.
That's is something you should keep in mind when going over to the hospital.
Also, they have a mini lenskart showroom in there for anyone in need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comparatively less crowded on weekdays. Good service by staff.
The biggest pain point is in first come basis, now people take tokens, and go away. Then barge in as per their convenience saying we have a previous token number. I think the operational service has to improve so that quality service is given and patient intakes are supported.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for medical check up. The service is very slow - espeacially the Billing, blood sample check and Ultra sound. Had to wait 20 min to get the file to start the check up and about 45min to give the blood sample. The worst part is ultra sound - it takes hours to get it done. They are not able to route the patients to manage crowd. Had to wait empty stomach till 11:30am for the ultra sound. They started the ultra sound late and hence all patients from morning have to wait a long time to get it done..I would definitely expect better crowd management and time management from Apollo
But the doctors and nurses are good - The ultrasound doctor examined with patience. Hence, would recommend to come here if u have 6-8hrs available for the annual health checkup plus you should be willing to come multiple times to complete it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience. Request you not to consult with Dr. Vijayalakshmi. The lady staff in the reception is also pretty worst. No good service. There is no point of doing MBBS, MDRC, PGDHS when you don't know how to treat your patient in the right way.
Very very very poor and disappointed about the service and care. Would have given .1 star if there was an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good service, technicians are really good..Cooridnator Chitra madam, TMT Jhansi madam, Bhanu madam are all good. Ultrasound & XRay technicians are also good. Because of the crowd, you need to be patient, but otherwise all good. They are patient and guides patients well. Sufficient parking space is available.
