★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people manning the security are not well trained. The software needs a lot of improvement. The guards on patrol have no clue about their duties and responsibilities. They need an expert in physical security aspects to give inputs. It's still in early stages. The idea and concept behind the services are really good. Practically a lot needs to be done on the ground.

The clarity and real-time view with suspicious activities detection are amazing and it's great to have the additional peace of mind. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday at about 5.30 am we noticed that a stray dog had fallen into the under construction sump of our neighbour in P233, LIC Colony. 3 personnel of 56 Security responded promptly to our emergency call and after struggling for 2 hours, the dog was rescued. Mohan and Rajesh of 56 descended into the sump and brought it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 56 secure should keep a donate a dust bon with their Logo on 1st Main road and other places where the guards congregate and swap, so that the area is kept clean and free of discarded paper tea cups. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Indiranagar and we have 56 securities patrolling the place. Even before this I have not felt insecure as walking back from the bus stop at 2:00 am our Bangalore police have been there and even walked me home on several occasions. 56 securities are taking responsibility away from the police for a job that they’re paid to do. IMHO if they can be an overall link between the community and multiple government departments we would be better served rather than just a security service. Also need data on whether there is an actual decrease in crime in the area keeping in mind the economic distress caused by the pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This app is amazing. The SOS feature and AI camera have been a life savor especially when away from home. I have taught my grandmother to press the SOS button during any emergency. Their guards on scooters give me a sense of confidence. Good to have more guards around my home.
