★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They used to be very nice in the beginning but guess, with time even they lost the interest to serve with the same quality and service.
The vegetables are no longer fresh and availability is a luck. Though the guys keep saying stock keeps coming daily, the availability of daily items ( like bananas) is doubtful. I had to return empty handed on numerous occasions.
Earlier apart from buying, it used to be a good chat about the shop and their market research. Now it is just like any other vendor in the market- look for fresh vegetables, if none ask for next stock arrival and leave.
The guys at the counter have no customer service at all.
Also, the prices used to be much lesser than the market on the beginning and they claimed the reason for this was direct buying for the farmers?! Not sure why but now it is not the case and prices are equaling other local vendors and vegetable shops. So don’t see any particular reason to visit them anymore.
