โ โ โ โ โ After facing difficulty with 2 pest control companies, I finally found this company online and had good review. Spoke to one Prasanna and made a booking for the next day, this was at 2 noon. Normally all companies send you a confirmation message in an hours time. I stay alone and iI work from 9 am to 7pm. Havent received any message, I called prasanna at 7:45 pm and he had an excuse list to give why his team is still working hard on sending me a confirmation message. Being from service industry, i told that this was bad service. He was not willing to listen. I told him that you should treat customers like king, and again he started arguing. I lost my cool, can you believe both parties exchanged bad words. Is this how this company treats its customers. I have also filed a complaint against them on consumer complaint forum. This company may be nice, but one person can spoil the image of the same.

โ โ โ โ โ This is the worst customer experience I have faced. Not reliable with the AMC at all. Even after multiple follow up the technician did not come for service after taking Advance amount. Now they are saying that your plan was 1 time service as the advance was not 60% of total amount. This was never explained while taking the AMC. I will not suggest anyone to go with these folks. Highly unprofessional in customer interaction.

โ โ โ โ โ Not even worth this rating, within guarantee period and later i could not call them because of Corona fear, but i am dissapointed. I took the service in the month of March, just before Carona lockdown.
