1. In the first time,
they finished the 1BHK in 10mins and told its done. After 5 hours when we entered the room , the bed bugs are still there and now all over the house and luggages. I have even found there nest completely present as like previous with eggs and bugs present there. When I called the guy who sprayed , he's saying are there any bugs on the floor. He only sprayed on the floor , bags and sides and saying we provide warranty.
2. Then I called the owner and After giving the complaint,they sent a new guy next day and finished the cleaning the house.
The first time was a quite disappointing but they overcame it with the support they provided.
PS: make sure you guide the person who sprays for better results.
