★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had got done pest control for cockroaches. Not effective at all.not even a single day. Got done warranty service. That's also waste although I mentioned to change product. They book appointment at one time and come at another time. To much stressed calling them again and again as I have vacant food items from kitchen. NEVER OPT THIER SERVICE .waste of money and time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely 3rd class service and unprofessional to the core. Did not listen to the customer fully on 1sr visit...insisted they know what they're doing. Just placed rat pads and poison and left. I was certain this is not sufficient. They promised a 30 day warranty. When I'm trying to schedule a return appointment, the person who man's the phone is absolutely mannerless and has no concept of customer service acting like he's doing me a favor. Unable to even get a tech on time, or confirm an appointment.... giving out inaccurate information. Absolutely 0 value and professionalism

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked the service about two weeks ago after having exhausted all options of Rodent control. They charged 1200/-. They placed Rat cakes at 6-8 places (Roban) and sprinkled granules at entrances and below the car usual places they visit. We were asked not to clean for 3 days which we abided, but no luck. Rodents continued the visit as usual. On request, the second visit happened and they suggested to use Ratol poison to be placed on tomato pieces. We followed the suggested approach and waited for miracle to happen but alas no respite!! On follow up, we were told nothing much can be done beyond it.
Please do not fall for this service, utter waste of time and money. wouldn't ever recommend it.

...none of cockroach are dead even after using so called herbal treatment ( as claimed by vinod , who had come to treat cockroachs .)
I sent the whatsapp image and vedio on whatsapp , they did not bother to respond, owner is quick enough reply for google reviews

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fraud company they tell you they will get rid of pest , charge you without any positive result and when you contact them one person named mr Narendra says we don’t care about customers like you we have a lot of customers…. Absolutely irresponsible and rude, while charging amount they will be all sweet once done they start showing their true Colors , mr narendra says customers who are unsatisfied like me are many so I don’t care…. Imagine they flourish because of customers like us and mr narendra knows no professionalism… he will promise to send the pest control guy again within a month while charging the amount but never answers your call for a month and when a month passes he will say warranty over.. mr Narendra doesn’t have even a bit of manners when he speaks to clients from whom he makes money and abuses the clients from whom he has taken the amount for the task….please guys don’t go for the fake positive reviews please don’t believe this company it’s a FRAUD… Mr narendra has zero professionalism he doesn’t care if he’s speaking to woman or man… he uses abusive words on a woman who is me! I wish there was negative star to rate which the FRAUD company deserves… especially people like mr narendra who uses such derogatory abusive words

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional behavior and poor service. Bad quality and fake promises. Surprisingly Narendar who claimed to be the owner of this using foul languages and failed to give a good service and need to learn how to talk to a customer.
I strongly suggest not to approach these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked AMC for cockroaches control from suraksha pest control. In first service they used very strong chemicals and there was no pest issues for another three months. In consecutive services they used local gel and not so powerful spray even after complaining multiple times. They do not send technician as promised, total waste of money and time
