★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is new massager who did my legs massage and asked me to come again next day for hands massage whereas I booked for whole body massage...Even I was regular client of it and post this feedback even Dr(owner) blocked me...
I was expecting apology call from Dr but it was pathetic....m sure by this he will not have much clients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving 2 stars only for the cleanliness and ambiance. Female masseur had no interest at all. Being told twice to increase the pressure, the service was un-improved. I went with all these reviews but for females its definitely not a relaxing experience. felt more like oiling and no massaging. I was surprised that this is an Ayurvedic technique but the masseur had no idea about pressure points. Wasted money.

I have been at this place 4-5 times. Earlier experiences were relaxing but have detereorated considerably. They just smother you with oil, do not actually press much points.
Today the lady masseur stopped 15 min before time, stating dry massages are short. Not to metion they are low on customer service - no welcome drinks, floors sticky with oil, cramped rooms with ventilation issues and owner Dr. Naveen Dikshit is never around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience of massage room and reception is quite nice. The massage therapists we're ok. Though the technique needs to improve. The amount of pressure required on points also needs working. The flip side is they use disposable towels which don't absorb at all and difficult to wipe with it. Horror story was the bathroom with a drainage problem. Water just wouldn't go and in minutes it was like a dirty water logged square. Substandard shampoo and body wash too. I'm sure they can improve these things and give a better experience next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an awful place. The masseur smelt of pan masala, has no knowledge of what he is doing, very unprofessional and has no sense of how to talk to a client. Very shady feel to the whole place. I'm talking out of firsthand experience(having visited plenty of authentic spas), please save your time, money and most importantly your peace of mind as it defeats the very purpose of visiting a place like a spa.
