★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best PG in Talwade near Devi Indriyani Housing Society. It has got all the facilities with beautiful room designs and structure. Rules and regulations are decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the stay in ZOLO 7 Hill PG, faced lot of problems and was unsatisfied with them in 15 days. After making them warned several times not to enter the room in the absence of customer, they enters in the room and STEAL EXPENSIVE ITEMS like perfumes, cosmetics, etc. and OPEN THE ROOM IN ABSENCE OF CUSTOMER. No Cleaning.
The SERVICES ARE NOT UP TO THE EXPECTATIONS and even the STAFF THERE ARE NOT RELIABLE at all. Customer faced lot of problems of mosquitoes, Rats, water problems,etc regularly. Also they make the outsiders to enter the room in the absence of the customer who have already occupied a particular room to show it to the outsiders while presenting.
FOOD QUALITY IS WORST.
ALL FACILITIES ARE ONLY FOR TELLING, NOT ACTUALLY PRESENT SUCH AS TV PROVIDED BUT IN TV NO RECHARGE, NO HOT WATER , NO SECURITY, NO MAINTAINCE, NO GENERATOR FACILITY, EVEN ROADS ARE NOT THERE.
NO PARTICULAR PERSON AVAILABLE WHOM WE CAN TELL SUCH UNAVALABILITY OF FACILITIES, OWNER AANA JUST AVOID US.
To avail such worst situation, its just better to avoid him and his pg.
Simply its very worst PG experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not so good but with minimum price and facilities one can choose this PG. A common refrigerator and washing machine is provided. There is no backup for electricity as they are not providing inverter. Food quality is average. Mostly they provide three sharing and 2 sharing rooms.
