★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a peaceful society with large and well ventilated flats, cool breezy evenings, beautiful sunset view, far from the city chaos.. It also is well connected by public transportation which takes you to the nearest hub Nigdi. The society is huge and has it's own general, vegetables and medical stores, snacks bar and gym.. There are many eateries outside the society which can give you a wide variety of food options.. The only problem here is you don't get water supply round the clock.. Water comes every morning for 1.5-2hrs but every flat is provided with water tanks to store water for the day..
For those who are looking for a flat here, it's a great and secured society but you have to keep in mind the water issue here.. Also power cut isn't a big problem here as it happens rarely..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This society is near to Talawade IT Park. Very good for families. Very good road condition and connectivity with Chinchwad, Dehu Road, Nigadi. Good restos are there near by society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge housing society.. security personnel available, elevators run 24*7, 3 shops in the 1st floor, parking space available.. overall good ambience.. only cons is water is available only from 6:30-8 in the morning, without water storage it is slightly difficult and power cuts are often occurrence in the Talwade region..
