Land Area :- The NBCC Heights society is constructed on around 10.5-11 Acres land area, and that's why it's a very spacious society, unlike many other societies nearby which have been constructed on 5-6 Acres land. Spacious and Well Ventilated Flats :- The society has very spacious Living/Dining room, Kitchen and Bedrooms. Even the balconies are quite spacious and there is proper ventilation through balconies and windows in every room, kitchen and even washrooms. There is provision for wardrobe space in each bedroom. Gentry:- 90% of the society Gentry is PSU/Central Govt./Bank Employees, IAS officers/Gazetted officers/Bank officers etc. who are either in service or retired living here in peace with their families. There are Yoga sessions held almost daily in the society central park in the evening time. The RWA staff is very helpful and working everyday towards the betterment of the society. Towers :- There is ample space between every two towers in this society, unlike many societies in which the towers are built too close-by. Due to this ample space between every 2 towers, there is no obstruction in air-flow, sunlight and privacy. Lifts :- There are 2 Lifts in each tower, which are of Johnson Ltd. Brand which is one of the most popular companies in terms of elevators and escalator. Amenities :- There is a large Central Park in the society, with so much greenery, it's a pleasure to have morning and evening walks in.the central park. There is a separate Children's Park in the society. Society has a big adult swimming pool and a separate children swimming pool which will be soon operational as it's license has already been applied, awaiting Govt. approval. Also there is a big community centre with separate washrooms and storage areas in the society. Power Back-Up :- The society has one of the best DG Power-Back Up in the area. Whenever there is any Power-cut the DG Power-Backup comes to full rescue within 1-2 minutes of Power-cut. There are no unnecessary charges charged in the name of DG Power-Backup in this society as is being done in many private builder projects/societies like some of Emaar's projects. School building :- There is a school building constructed by NBCC within the NBCC HEIGHTS campus, which is not yet operational, but will be soon in use for school for small children. Society shops :- There are about 8 society shops constructed in the beginning of the society, near the entry gate, of which 3 shops are already operational for day to day groceries, fruits and vegetables etc. Upcoming Hi-Street market :- There is an under-construction high-street retail market cum service apartments being constructed adjacent to NBCC Heights society, which will be fulfilling all the shopping and day to day needs of residents in near future in another 2 years time. Location :- Located on 60m main Pataudi road, the society is precisely 2.1 km from main Dwarka Expressway and a few hundred meters from the 75m New sector road which connects the main pataudi road directly to NH8. Also there is an upcoming Hi-Street Retail market at intersection of main Pataudi Road and this New Sector road of ORRIS BUILDER which will also be a plus point in future.

Still no improvement as of 05.06.2020 As of June 2020, may be around 150 to 200 families. But there are no basic amenities available. Below are the main issues: 1. Electricity - The power supply here is very poor and we keep facing frequent issues with it. 2. Water - The supply from STP plant is mostly smelly and bathroom always smells bad because of it. Well know issue but no proper rectification. 3 Parking: Although there is lot of parking space, since there is no transparency and underground parking are not functional, there is always arguments and fights between the reresidents. Security: No proper security staff. Others: No gym, no functional swimming pool. ************************************************** Worst society to live in. 1. 25-50 power cuts in a day. My AC and other home appliances are always at risk. Many residents have lost money in repair due to home appliances getting ruined by frequent power cuts. 2. No swimming although althiug it was promised to be started in the summers of 2019. 3. My flat has a connection of 6kw due to which 600 rs are deducted directly from my balance even if there is no electricity consumption at all. 4. No CCTV cameras. Highly risky. 5. Not enough security and untrained security staff. At times they send ppl inside without chicking with you.

Very nice place to live, situated on Gurgaon-Pataudi highway well connected from NH8, KMP, Dwarka Expressway, Open and well maintained big parks. Dedicated feeder back-up by five gensets(250KV, 380KV and three 750KV each), inside shopping complex, school, swimming pool, open gym. every home has covered parking, ample space for visitors parking. Good value for money. Earthquake resistant 10-14 storey towers with two lifts and two broad staircases.

A wonderful society to live and enjoy the surroundings. Apartments are spacious and airy and the building structures are quite sturdy. Gardens, community centre, swimming pool, school and playground for children are added advantage. Though power supply is not stable as of now, it will get better in due course.

A very promising society with lots of learned people from all walks of life-Scientists, Doctors, Senior Bureaucrats . The environment is clean , green and peaceful . Cohesive neighbourhood , A place where you can unwind yourself after a chaotic day . Being a newly constructed project, the society has some issues which we can ignore as teething troubles . Overall the society is well placed. Lots of new residential and commercial projects are coming up in the vicinity making it a good investment and rental opportunity . The infrastructure in and outside the society is improving .

Very bad experience with NBCC. Please do see the condition of another project by NBCC Green View in sector 37D Gurgaon before going for any project of this company. NBCC Green View apartment Building declared unsafe within 3-4 years of possession. Building got vacated by NBCC and allottees are running here and there for getting refund

Flats at NBCC Heights are spacious and well laid out, mostly owned by senior government officials- working and retired. Has an active RWA and vibrant social life.
