★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are chasing them since last year for possession but always they have generic excuses. we should file case against builder Alton Buildtech India Pvt. Ltd (Adani Group company) and teach them solid lesson. I am requested all buyers to file case against this builder.

Completely fed-up with you guys.
I have a flat in adani aangan sec 88 gurgaon and last 1 & 1/2 year I am waiting to get possession of my flat. I have booked it in Dec 2015 Nov and I have paid all my cost of this flat and till now today is 30 Dec 2020 and I haven't receive possession of my flat.
From last year to every month they said with in a two months we will provide possession to buyers or OC is still pending from govt side or fire noc is still pending ( These all are their statements last one year).
But months and years are passed and till now I haven't received any possession of my flat.
Even adani staff are also misguided and said different different stories in each and every calls. I must say that please Guys boycott them and anyone wants any more clarification on it please msg me as I have all conversations with me in my emails.
This project is extended in A and B towers till now b tower is still on construction. So I don't understand why they give us fake answers.
Very soon I will take a strict action on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Build quality is better than other affordable projects in same category.Adani built 1 BHK with more space. Road connectivity is better to pataudi road and dwarka express way. OC is pending since long. Otherwise project is good and builder is also valued.

1&2. Windows quality is very bad, large gap between frame and door. Glass fixed by clay. Just like old govt school windows.
3. Road sunk due to water seepage. Parking area also has hollow space under the tiles.
4. Very small balcony. It has space to put washing machine but then no space left to hang clothes or to sit on a chair sometime.
5. Stair steps are small and high enough to make you uncomfortable.
