Only if you could get sarcasm. They are cheat and won't even respond to calls or emails. Invest with your eyes closed if you have no love left for your hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not responding to the client the way they should. Highly irresponsible with timelines, the possession was promised in December 2019. It's April' 2020 now.I have been told they are going to stretch the delay to 1.5 to 2 years from now.They have also lied about the availability of particular units/floors etc. My hopes from this project is crushed. Was really looking forward to this project, not anymore now. They fail at respecting the fact that a person invests his/her live savings along with that takes loan when they buy a home. You need to respect your client's trust when they choose to invest all that they have in your project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project is very good, Location is also very good , But Builder is a cheat, Promised different possession dates to different buyers ranging from 2017 to 2019 but till now there is no hope of possession .
Builder is very unprofessional , once you buy their property ,they will stop answering your calls.
It is a Lala type company sales doesn't have answer of any questions and it is impossible to contact their Management.
Stay away stay safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The work on project is stalled since 2018. they have taken 95% payment under construction linked plan, however have defaulted on possession which was due in 2018. there is no concrete plan on completion and company's management has not been forthcoming. dont believe the fake comments by brokers which say good things. visit the site and then you will see the status of construction. the project started in 2013

Update: Project is on delay for more than 2 years already with no update from Builder to complete the project.....

Builder has a previous reputation of timely delivery and this was thier first luxury project but godknows intentionally or otherwise builder is financially strangled and buyers hard earned money stuck... project completion delayed by 2 years... but our hopes have not died as builder is still trying all means to finish project.... and thier other projects are still going on sona-ggn road and selling...
