★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EMIPL (Engineer Mech India Pvt Ltd) is not a company like MNC or focused on employee.
I worked for few days in this company This is basically a Lala Kind of company.
This company works under the Precision Tech Enterprise tag. The worst thing is even they publish their Job with precision tech. But when you joined then you know the name of Engineers Mech. (My Advice if company recruit for EMIPL then HR should publish notification on the name of EMIPL).
Company do not have any structured HR policies like Leave policy, Medical Policy, Joining or Exit Policy etc. Verbally they provide 22 leaves but these leaves only to satisfy employee. Because company deduct money for leave and provide the money together of all leaves on ending of financial year.
Company do not provide offer letter like other companies. they do not have salary breakup in offer letter. Salary is only committed verbal.
Yearly growth is also not sure. it remain pending for the next financial year to come sometime. Do not have any mechanism of yearly growth.
Company is not employee friendly at all in term of policies and documentation.
Management think about you like slaves because you are under camera everywhere. and management do the real time monitoring.
My advice to company : Machines do not run the company, employees run the company so think about the employees.
If you are fresher or do not have job can join this company. But if you are well settled or working in good company. Please do not think to join this.
My all reviews are based on my experience and feedback from current employees.
Although Company have good client like Maruati etc. and good relationship with OEM.
