P	Priyambda Tripathi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The construction quality of SS Group is very poor, our false ceiling in the bathroom constructed by SS Group collapsed due to poor quality of construction. My father was inside the bathroom he barely escaped. The pictures of collapsed ceiling is attached. The maintenance is pathetic , unresponsive and indifferent. I would not recommend the purchase of such poor quality flats

He has delivered SS CORALWOOD near by SS leaf however you come here and see very bad quality of tiles no fit and finishing. no electricity connection so.several power cuts and due to that high electricity bill. no maintaince of parks and common area. all building paints went away in 2 years and his agency doing nothing. Still basement 2 not delivered for parking in coralwood after 2 years of completion. Please don't fall im trap of luxury. Maintaince need to be improved very high.

Also they have an unresponsive ans money minting maintenance team which does not help the residents but puts interest for late payment. Please expect something similar when you buy Leaf from SS.

As buyers once, I will recommend buying better builders such as Bestech and Dlf who have given projects in time and our much better at this rate. The price quoted by them is not worth it. 2. This is their second flagship project, their first The Hibiscus in south city, Gurgaon looks like a 20-year-old building, it is wearing off, so keeping that in mind after 10 years this can happen with the leaf, whereas dlf and bestech quality is visible. Your money will be better off in society like bestech sanskriti, vatika soverign next etc.

SS the leaf is located almost at centric location of Dwarka Expressway I..E 10 minutes drive distance from IGI airport and 12 minutes drive distance from Badshah our Chowk ( Through Central Periphery road ) and 3 minutes from National Highway. Core to 2 units means only two apartments on each floor gives ample 280* open view, proper cross ventilation and Sunlight through the day. Magnificent stone carving work, rich use of Granite on Driveway gives ultimate luxury feeling.
