Nice place to live, near highway

Society is good but bad mantinence and construction quality is also bad. The people who are living there are not happy have many issues. Please before buying home here, cross check twice . I suggest don’t buy home for your permanent aasiyana here.

A really awesome place to live. The ambience, culture and safety is the best. It is perfectly maintained by the management. Quality of life far from the hustle and bustle of city, yet connected to city. You have all services and amenities close by

One of the best apartments in Gurgaon. They are so spacious within and on the outside. The greenery is unexpected and such a pleasure to the soul. I love it!

Security and Gating system is really good, appartments are also really spacious

Good society with almost all ameneties like swimming pool , gym, garden, kids area etc. Little outskirts of gurgaon but time wise it only takes 30 min to reach sankar chowk which is around 20 kms from here.very peaceful area. Very well maintained by environment. Clean and hygenically maintained.rent is also less as compared to gurgaon.15k for 3 bhk. Construction quality is not that much good but it's better than other builders.

Updated Nov '21 One of the best condo societies in Gurgaon with a good RWA presence with responsible residents largely . Away from jittery life of core Gurgaon, you still get every amenity here, ranging from top eateries to malls. Very peaceful and quiet atmo. You'll definitely be amazed by the ambience. You get choices of low rise (G+3 floors), semi high, and high rise floors, all within well-secured boundary wall. Ventilation and sunlight are received amply, especially in low rise where both front and back is far-out open. Very good overall society plan. 24x7 free water supply, and electric supply with DG backup (though electrical cuts are rare). Well planned out sectors. We never see waterlogging in this area when rest of Gurgaon struggles during monsoons. Location & Nearby Amenities: Cab available 24x7, which in my experience is better than in Gurgaon city (lived in Palam Vihar for 3 years and frequently travel to airport). Nearby Dwarka Expressway has also picked up development pace, and this area is going to benefit a lot since these sectors (83 and 84) are located right at the intersection of this Expressway and NH8. SNB corridor coming in the next 4-5 years, with a station at Kherki Daula. Lot of upcoming commercial complexes within walking distance (VLPL, Ansals Hub etc.). You have provision stores right within the society which will take care of your daily needs along with 2 salons and a pharmacy. A bikaner store at ~50m. Vatika Town Square 1 (and now 2 operational too), which is a fairly big & modern shopping complex with amenities like salons, electricals, groceries, day-to-day needs, ICICI, a 24x7 store, pharmacies etc. Lots of farmer markets for fresh veggies. There is Saphhire 83 mall (literally walking distance from Lifestyle), which is growing day by day with lots of brand shops, Dominos, Harish Bakery, pharmacies, INOX multiplex, Subway, eyeplus, test labs and alot of other famous eateries, with Zomato and Swiggy's rich listings. McDonalds 5km right on NH8, & pizza hut, kfc, haldiram, MAX, Reliance Fresh, BBQ nation, apple store (upcoming) in nearby sector 86. Many (pre)schools in vicinity (igrow montessori on one side, Chaitanya techno on other side of LSH), DPS Sector 84 nearby, although it still has to develop. Lot of buses from every top school in Gurgaon ferrying kids here (DPS 45, Manav Rachna, Salwan among others). It is regarding the healthcare that this area needs to develop. Lots of multispeciality clinics (AUM at walking distance), established Aarogyam clinic, and an ER equipped Genesis Hospital with 24x7 pharmacy. Maintenance: Agency takes its role seriously. Free services for 1yr in case there is some plumbing or electrical breakdown in your flat (and available 24x7). Overall a peaceful and beautifully maintained place from end to end, regular cleaning of common areas, designated proper parkings (both underground and above including visitor spots), ample green cover (so pollution is controlled, with frequent spraying of roads as required), large and maintained common park, swimming pools (adults and kids separate), TT, billiards, gymnasium, two playing areas for kids (3rd one for toddlers) etc. You can take a nice stroll within the society which being spread in 13 acres, gives a fair length of paths. Security: You have a single point of ingress/egress 24x7 covered by multiple security personnel and CCTV, you are contacted before allowing anyone to enter, security personnel at every corner of the society especially at night. Not only in the society, but in Vatika India Next as a whole, the place feels really safe (I stayed in independent floors here too for couple of months). RWA keeps a vigil on operations too. Construction: Coming to construction quality, I wouldn't say is top notch, but not bad either. Drilling tasks and false ceiling installations can be taken up well in flats though. Overall finish of doors and walls in terms of symmetry is not that great though. All in all if you are forced to live in Gurgaon like me due to job restrictions, this is really one of the places to be.
