★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst apartment I ever lived in. The Management here not supportive with Tenant and both owner and Vatika Management are looting the tenant.
They will force you to not leave the premise even if you have paid the moveout form. Please stay away from renting any flat here in Vatika City homes apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to live .. though when I heard first time that monthly maintenance charges are 7K .. I felt it was expensive but seeing the activities day today going on.. like cleaning if water tanks .. cleaning of roads .. security .. power backup .. All maintained by enviro app are fantastic .. forget to mention the greenery here.. All these collectively make u stay a healthy life & cost of medicine is minimum in a year .. loving it
