★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having stayed at societies in Dwarka and Mahindra (Gurgaon), Antriksh Hieghts is a nightmare. The flats are in an extremely bad shape. Bathroom water either does not flow and if it does, it drips on the flat below. Rain water seepage and dampness is bad. Electricity goes out 20-30 times a day. Whole blocks of cement from the door frames keep chipping off. The buildings are 8 years old and are in decrepit shape. Maintenance is costly. There are no electricity meters in the house. The DG back up electricity rate is a loot. It is ₹24.5 per unit. We end up shelling ₹7000 per month every summer as electricity charges. Bathroom fittings are in a state of dishevel and disregard. Post dark, even the median road between the apartment doesnot seem to be safe.
Most of the flats are let out to unruly elements - and there is lack of basic discipline in the gentry here. Not good for families.
I understand that the flat prices in these apartments are low. They are low for a reason - the reason being that these are extremely sub-standard flats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to meet my friends Prachi and Ranbir and the people were so loud, lacking public decency. Horrible experience. The apartment looks like it hasn't been maintained since 1945. The guards are inefficient and they don't help homeowners with pets when they encounter a stray dog resulting in aggression which could be harmful for both the dogs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would seriously not recommend living here. Most of the tenants living in this apartment complex are extremely problematic. The guards can't do their job properly, they allow stray dogs to enter the complex all the time which is very problematic for people who own dogs. The exterior of the buildings look dilapated with chunks of dried wall falling off. Compared to other societies nearby this society is extremely problematic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society is good . Location is good . Some popular schools like DPS and Euro international school is at walking distance from it.
Society is not that much maintained as other society of same sectors like G21, mapsko casa bella etc.
Swimming pool is not operational but will be started soon. Park is small. Flats are very spacious. Construction is still going for some towers . Hopefully it will be more better when construction is completed.
