★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Power cut is major problem of this society every alternate date power cut for 6 to 7 hours And in day frequent power cut is normal. Management is not good, every day we have to complain for basic things such cleaning . There is no approved rod connectivity for this society, Dust is every where and because of that small kids having health problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a gated community, so outsiders are not allowed without a pass. CCTV cameras are installed at strategic locations. Podium level parks ensure the safety of kids while playing. Departmental stores & other essential services are available within the society complex. The neighbors are friendly. Most of the festivals are celebrated in society. Each flat has proper light & ventilation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Design of apartment is good and society premises is spacious as well but the main pain point is road connectivity. Flat was sold to buyers by showing road connectivity on service road adjacent to CPR, but still have no feasibility about the construction of service road, secondly after almost 15 months of possession, residents are dependent on the water tanker for water supply, have no sewerage facility. Residents are putting their effort to get the facilities but not sure when the residents will get these

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society is good. Yet everything is bit far from here. But if anybody is coming here as an tenant its good price is reasonable for beginners as comparing to actually gurgaon flats. Anyhow if u come to here to rent an flat go for it but do not go for Tower 12 flat 1008. The owner of this flat is really rude, the builders of the society nd thode who look everything in this society has a good relation with owner so they try to give this flat on first choice. But do not go for this flat. Owner is soo rude, he doesnt know how to speak, he is soo pathetic and most of time interfere in personal things, he doesn't live here but yet he is soo rude and regardless so annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been living here for almost a year now. Really like the ambiance here. There are few problems but these will be solved with the due course of time. Those who are leaving, are may be tenants, who took the flats probably from brokers who gave them false commitment just to earn their commission. Society has good open garden and parking space. 24*7 uninterrupted water supply is there. Though the water is provided through the tankers as govt has not laid down treated water line in this sector till now. The society is really good. Despite being an affordable housing society, it is being managed very well.
