★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caution. Don't buy any Orris project. This builder is a cheat. A residential project " Greenopolis" started by builder in 2012 is nowhere near completion even after paying 90% of cost. We lost lifetime savings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful construction. Location is just near village causing all sorts of problems like water logging, traffic, main gate looks like it han not been maintain d from last decade.
Internal maintenance team make Al-Quaeda look friendly. They have standard blanket answer for all your complaint.
In monsoon basement parking is full of water. In the name of greenery they have planted 2-3 tres which have dried up long ago.
