★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best societies to live in which is close to NH 8 , Kherki Daula toll and The Manesar Industrial hub. It has a fully functional gym, club house, swimming pool, lush garden, children's park and well maintained lawns. The facilities management is prompt and 24X7 security adds to your peace of mind. The best advantage is that it is a little off the main road so no noise of the traffic and less of dust and pollution to worry. Markets and schools, day care are close by and multi speciality Rockland Hospital is just 1.5 km away which makes this society a complete package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maintenance staff and society in charge, accountant is very poor , they use abusive language and spread crime inside the society with the tenant...they charged unnecessary charges like move-in and move out from society with the tenant, of big amount like 4000 without giving any single services of shifting.. don't give any reciept of this amount n if any tenant is not able to give it then all guards and officer come together n use abusive language n threatened. ...nd after rec'd. this amount they use this in wrong manner like doing party of alcohol....pls don't go any tenant for renting of house in this society from outside they charged many unnecessary charges from you both the times when you shift in society n when you vacant from society..... thanks...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Away from the crowd of Gurugram, this is a peaceful place with so much greenery around.
70L is a cost for 3-BHK in Vipul Lavanya. Although building quality is little compromised, but management people are good.
It has all sports amenities, indoor badminton court, squash court, table tennis, pool, gym, swimming pool, lawn tennis and basketball court. People living here are helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These apartments are very good. Prices are also not very high. The society is good. It has all the facilities like gym, swimming pool, playing space, sports etc. The only problem is the location. It is located at a remote location. But overall very good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is not great. Provides dirty water in the washroom. Collect id Card which is not appropriate from drivers. Illiterate management and very rude. Poor quality material used in the houses. Renting is okay but don't think of buying a property

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Value for money. Construction quality is not very good. But equivalent to vatika low floors and other nearby societies in same price range. Environment is very lively. People very good. Good club with badminton, TT, swimming pool, gym everything. Good green area, park area.
