★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location 0f Sbr Minda Apartments is awesome and the view from the balcony of the apartment is beautiful. Balcony is towards 18 hole golf course and a huge green belt.
You can see lot of peacocks and other birds roaming here.
Sometimes a herd of deers is also visible from balcony.
Fresh and air full of oxygen is always blowing from the green belt to the apartment.
All the rooms has balconies and there is natural light in daytime in all the rooms. One need not to switch on the lights in the daytime.
Very well ventilated and naturally lighted apartment.
Construction work quality is averege.
