Huge Flats and best A grade layout.
Best location.
It takes less than 2 mins to hit the NH48
Big Town park of 5 acres in front of the society.
Fantastic View from Balcony
A very good Market within 50 meters just opposite to the society
Ultra wide road in front of society
Sector 1 Manesar bus stand just behind the society
Full of greenery.
Rapid Rail station proposed within 2 mins of walk.
Two best class schools within 500 meters
Big banquet hall and community centre within 200 meters with huge capacity.
Multiple world class resorts nearby.
All major ecommerce delivery.
MyGate visitor management enabled.
Cons:
Exterior paint does not look good though work in progress.

1. All 3 BHK flats with separate servant room and two entries for each flat, 4 flat on each floor. 4 towers only.
3. Exclusive 144 flats with king sized rooms only which means less and classy crowd.
3. Covered car parking for each flat.
4. Kids play area, CCTV, mygate security, power backup, lifts etc are general add-ons.
5. Abundant open space and greeneries.
6. Banks, ATMs, Medical shops, eateries, safal store, kirana stores, bikaner sweets, hotel, schools, hospitals, public parks and many more amenities are in close vicinity, in other words "at walking distance".
7. National Highway is very close. Proposed RRTS is just at the back of this society.
8. Local markets with fish and meats shops is also within 10 mins of walk.
8. In recent few months Society's RWA has been keenly monitoring the upgradation of all existing amenities and bringing in more values to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best society in Manesar . Nothing can beat the space , SIDCO Aravali flats are huge and awesome . One can find real inner peace by living here. The inner and outer parks are very well maintained and largely landscaped. While maintainance is slightly less but it is still well kept. Security service has been enhanced and been tight in last 6 months . Best for kids entertainment and too much space and park is gift for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The flats are very very spacious, probably one of the best layout of flats I have seen till now.
Best location, schools, market, hospital within 500 meters.
Just adjacent to NH 48 still very peaceful, Well connected, 2 years ago the society was not in good shape but now the society has become very much family friendly.
Residents are very helpful.
I like this place and would recommend it for families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place with huge apartment space. I have seen lot of projects around dwarka expressway but all were too much priced with less space. I am staying in this locality since 2012 and had full satisfaction.
Accessible to NH8 highway, sector 1 market and public park which is the highlight of sector 1. You will not find this much spacious park anywhere else.

It has 4 towers with 144 flats.
24/7 security CCTV, lift, park, maintenance.
Reserved parking for each apartment. Visitor parking is also there inside society.
Main market & central park is on opposite side of the road.
3 star hotel & a mall is on adjacent plot.
24/7 nursing home nearby (600 mtr away)
McDonald, wahjiwah & Bikaner sweets at 100 meter walking distance.
Society is along NH-8
All banks including ICICI, SBI, HDFC etc. Are only 100 mtr from the society.
Best residential option in new Gurgaon.
Now a days current rate of a flat in this society is in the range of 75-80 Lacs depending upon flat location (park facing/ Highway facing/ floor etc.)
There are total 4 towers of 9 floors each.
