★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This seems to be one to the best project, ready for occupation by the year 2013 end or first quarter of 2014. The on going basic resale price for the apartment is Rs.5000/- per sft as against Rs.6500 per sft fixed by the builder. Best opportunity to invest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really took time to come up with positive comments but couldn't think of one. This project would have been the best one if DLF wouldn't take 12 years to complete, but even after 12 years of actual launch people are still waiting for this to be completed.. Case is still pending with supreme court, Average return is almost in negative for investors since its didn't get any appreciation at all.. Wanna know more, right back!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The flop side of this society is the approaching road after making exit from NH8 which is full of potholes but that is not under the purview of DLF. Apart from that..Rest all is good. Society is well constructed which provides ample of natural light to each flat. Facilities like lift, tennis court, garden, badminton court, gym essential shop etc are all within gate. Although it is a new society, the paint has already started coming off from outer walls which is not good to look at. View from the flats of the aravali range is beautiful. Garden is very well laid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get the value for money. Well furnished apartments are available at very reasonable rents. The apartments are very airy, with lots of natural light. The place is very close to IMT flyover Manesar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXPRESS GREEN MANESAR IS ONE OF THE BEUTIFUL PROJECT OF DLF BUT DUE TO COURT ISUUE AND ROAD PROBLEM THIS SEEMS TO BE WORST PROJECT OF DLF. AS USUAL DLF QUALITY IS GOODBEAUTIFULLY MANAGED BY ENVIRO, BUT VERY NERROW CONNECTIVITY FROM MAIN ROAD IS ONE OF THE BIG OBSTACLES WITH THIS PROJECT. Club is functional. RENTAL IS VERY LESS, SALE IS NOT POSSIBLE DUE TO SOME LEGAL ISSUES.
