The refund cheque issued by Mahira is bounced. Don't think to invest your money with them.
They are not following HRERA guidelines.
Instead of investment in Mahira group better go for donation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst builder ever ..please don't go for there projects. They are doing fraud with people. I have been requesting for refund of my money since last 3to 4 months ..still they are not able to refund it. No responce at all even if you call them 100 times.they don't listen . Finally I have decided to file legal case against them .
These people are pathetic in terms of services
What is point of rera if they are not following there guidelines. Govt. Should take action against such a fraud builders . Guys please don't waste your money on any of there projects. You will stick your money and then you will be keep taking rounds of builders office for your own hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No bank is ready to give any loan to Mahira project ..now even PNB-HFL are withdrawing from Mahira 95 project . Mahira person are saying RERA rules is not for affordable project. Those who booked car parking here.. according to rule builder can't take more then 5% total cost for car parking and also signature of 2/3 owener is required if they are alloting car parking. If anyone of you are owener kindly connect with each other.
