★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Royal Developers are the genuine builders who constructed this building using red bricks of high quality and the construction in RCC. Only 4 floor building having 2 lift facility, power backup generator with separate Power Station and the Solar Water project for each flat owner. Huge capacity water tanks, these things makes the difference when you plan to buy a flat. I am very happy with the services they offered and the building structure the lobby and the terrace gallery are too spacious. Property also is fully in Residential Zone.
