★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys r best in making customized cakes. Staff is so polite and calm. They will answer your questions properly. I have ordered Dutch Truffle, Kitkat-Gems and customized cakes so far. They are just awesome and taste is so good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered Chocolate mousse cake on 30th May. The decoration was good but when we cut we realised that it was a normal cake - not a mousse cake. Worst part is that while eating a sharp pointed object was found and could have hurt the throat...it appears to be a coconut / walnut. We need to report this to Food &Beverage department to avoid any further accidents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered cupcakes for bday celebration and the entire fun part messed up coz the cupcakes were not even properly baked. Also asked for photos on top of it, the same we’re looking like xerox. Spend 750 bucks on 6 pices and I feel it’s a total loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i dont understand why are they running this business. Have no idea about how to make 2/3 tier cakes. They wont put any support inside the cake to balance it and when you complaint they'll just blame you for the whole thing.
Ps-If you want to spoil your function/event pls ho ahead and buy cakes from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Tiramisu Cake, it tasted pathetic. So I have returned it to them but the staff name Raja(at least that's what he told me his name is) is not even accepting the mistake. He thinks like he knows how tiramisu tastes and was behaving unprofessionally .
I have wasted my money by buying from this Shop, I have returned the cake and in back I didn't get refund not even a replacement.
