★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this outlet, seller pushed spoiled rasmalai cake to us saying it is fresh. My event at home was gone for bad taste.
I did visit other chocolate bicalate shops where sellers did inform me that available cake is spoiled and unfit for consumption.
I am really disappointed with this service.
Such a prime location and bad cake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I were to rate this bakeshop on the ambience, look of cakes or customer service I would probably give a few more points.but please do not buy cakes from this store if u want taste and quality. I ordered a Dutch truffle for my sister-in-law and it was a complete shame for me. The cream was sour, tasteless chocolate and dry sponge all made my entire experience embarassing! The icing, finishing, variety and price is good. So these cakes are definitely good for messing up bday faces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic. Zero star. Zero professionalism. Theme birthday cake ordered well 3 days before while pimple Saudagar shop refused to deliver before 7 pm on day of birthday. Imagine a situation where you have guests sitting and waiting for cake to be delivered.
Colours used in cake were so strong even some one can color their hairs. No food grade coloring.
Pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a rating worst than this, this store deserves it. For an order of a 2 kg chocolate cake - that was pre-ordered and paid for 3 days ago - the store took its own sweet time to prepare. The cake was agreed to be collected at 4 pm as the birthday was to be celebrated at 6 PM. The cake was delivered at 7:30 PM WELL AFTER THE GUESTS HAD ARRIVED!
Even if that had to be considered, the food colouring used in it was so strong that the colouring did not leave our fingers for hours.
This store is surrounded by much better cake shops and any of them would do much better than this store!
But if you like getting your cake delivered after the birthday, then go ahead, this is your dreamstore.
