★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased Acer Laptop from here last month for 19500. They had installed Ms office on it complementary. Two days back Ms office stopped working. Today i went to their shop and they said it happened because i had updated the windows. They told me that the windows were not genuine which they did not tell me at the time of purchase. They charged me Rs. 500 again for reinstalling windows and Ms office so that MS office could work again. I feel like cheated now.
