Thats why i gave 4 stars but what i hate about this shop is, whenever i go there they took too much time for repair because they always have plenty of work and you have to wait for you turn.

They are a team of 5-6 people, all of them are very helpful and courteous in understanding the problem and suggesting solutions at reasonable price. It took few hours to repair my laptop and I observed a lot of customers and their interaction with the professionals. This shop also sells used laptops which start around Rs 10k with 1 month warranty. I highly recommend them.
