★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Nov 2020 I purchased a audio phone from the store that amounted Rs 600 and in Nov 2021 I went again to purchase that they said they don't keep this product and then I purchased from other outlet at Rs 450 of the same brand and I came to know that Crux fooled me as when I purchased from them the staff went outside from the store saying that it's in their godown. They bought it from other seller and gave it to me at high price. The difference was 150 only but the ethics were poor.
