★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor Service of A.M Automobile Kamal Gazi workshop. I gave my car at 10 am for wash and interior cleaning and a person called Islam told me to come and collect the car at 1pm, when i reached there and I found that he jus put my car for washing, when I asked him why there was a delay, he replied that washing guys took time to clean the first car which I saw almost done washing at 10am and my car was the second in the que. He told me please go and complain about it to the reception. Extremely poor service, very unprofessional employees, I would not recommend anyone to come and avail service here. The owners should take a note of this and should try to uplift the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been taking my car for last 5 yrs. They have improved a lot and now manages all type of issues.
Previous Review-
Good for minor to medium repairing jobs. However, I once did car polishing from them which was not satisfactory at all. Rest other services from them are between average and good. Since those services were small it was satisfactory. For one service I claimed insurance which was processed properly by them(only drawback, they do not have cashless service on insurance).
Last time I took my car with clutch issue, they referred to dealer garage for better results instead of just taking the job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a authorizesd maruti service center. This service center needs to be stopped immediately as it is a willful violation of copyright act. Since it is not an authorised service center how can it use the brand name and logo of Maruti company.

Come to the Kamalgazi more and proceed towards Harinavi you will see this with in 200mts so be careful if you are going from Garia then you will have to rake a right turn
Just do not take the Kamalgazi flyover

Very few accessories are in display
Specially no music system and woofer
Sometimes they will insist you to change some parts or accessories but that is really unnecessary at that point of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst of all Maruti service centers - extremely overpriced, cheat and looters. We have been looted everytime we trusted their service thinking this time it would be better and we ended up spending charges for the worst services. They mislead people with wrong information, the mechanics are equally under-trained or rather over-trained to loot people. They can also charge you for a service that hasn't been done in your car at all. THINK BEFORE YOU TAKE THEIR SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a Maruti Suzuki authorised service center. Opens at 9-9.30 am, and open till 5.30 pm. Service is prompt and well executed. Pricing is competitive and as per MS norms. They give itemised bill with gst. Contact Mr. Islam, the Service Manager. He is a skilled worker and good person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Celerio ZXI was handed over to AM Auto mobiles, Kamalgazi, for body work repair and replacement of right ORVM on 23rd Sept.20.
All the work was supposed to be done under insurance.
I was promised a delivery of my vehicle on 1.10.20. However despite my several follow up visits, work was not initiated till the next week & they requested for extension of delivery time.
Since I work in emergency services, I asked for early delivery & the customer executive at the service centre requested to accept delivery on 5th October 20.
Unfortunately my car was handed over on 5th October, with only the body work done & a different colored ORVM from a different car was fitted & they asked me to manage while they couldn't arrange for a new ORVM for almost 22 days(please refer attached image)
On 9th October 20, they finally fitted new ORVM
Here are few highlight of my overall experience at AM Automobiles.
1. Poor workmanship: Quality of body workd & ORVM painting was absolutely shoddy. Not at all Maruti standards. Outside garage guys can do a better job. Please refer attached image for your reference.
2. Extremely slow service. It took total of 26 days to get all the work done approved by the insurance agency. However I do take into account that we are still in the middle of a Pandemic but that does not explain such a long delay anyway.
3. Fortunately Staff is extremely cordial, well mannered & well behaved. However staff at billing is unprofessional.
Since my residence is close to AM automobiles, I decided to give them a go despite poor reviews. Unfortunately previous experiences shared by unsatisfied customer turned out to be true & no improvement was made on those complaints. Therfore I've decided to avail services of another Authorized service station which is far from my residence. It is unfortunate but I don't have any other option as a customer. Hope the services will improve in future
