★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nearly within 28hours we got the RT-PCR report. The reception person is very good and helpful. I booked test on 24th June 2021. But on the day when I called them, I came to know that they missed it. But the reception person was very helpful and he arranged the collection almost within an hour. But the collection agent was rude. He was not to ready come on that same day. I needed this for my airlines travel, so I can't wait for next day. So I asked to cancel the request if they can't come on the same day. He is not properly ready to hear also. At Last he agreed to come to our place on the same day. That was the only little bad experience of mine. Otherwise they are very helpful and professional indeed. They provided the report with ICMR logo and their registration number. Thanks to SRL lab.

Very bad experience. My mother's veins have turned blue and swollen due to the demonic blood collection of the blood collector.Please stay away from this branch.Request to the authorities to keep trained employees otherwise they will be in danger.
