★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Shaswati Saha Biswas is the person whom I trust just after my family.My son,SHREEJIT,is under her treatment and guidence since his 5 months of age.She saves my son's life from severe condition.Not only that,she always helps me whenever I seek help from her.Even she prescribed medicine over phone and denied to take her fees.She is my family.Her apperance make me feel safe.Her behaviour is like a mother.Haters gonna hate,to us she is our savior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a pathetic customer service, specifically front desk receptionist(Tanushree Naskar & Madhumita)are very much rude and arrogant, I don't know what they think about, they always look forward to harass the customer.
* Ms Madhumita is bit polite compare to Ms Tanushree!
Suggestions:
** Rceptionist should welcome all patients politely.
** There must be someone in front desk who will coordinate with all patients sitting at reception for any kind of help.
**The diagnostic center should have a copy machine incase if any documentation required as per business protocol. For small small reason patient should not harass across.
** Most of the important notes and instructions are n English language, since most people comes here from village area, same notes must be available in bengali too.
Hope these suggestions would be implemented soon...!!!
Pls note this diagnostic center does not have GST no and can't give on bill. I don't know people are having insurance, whether the bill is acceptable for claim or not without GST, neither they are ready to share their business PAN no.
