★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful experience with DTDC Narendrapur. I had a package delivered to Kolkata when I had moved to Bangalore. The center head handled my request professionally and got the package picked up from Kolkata and shipped to Bangalore. The center delivered a seamless experience with me not even being physically present in Kolkata and delivered the next day itself. I would definitely recommend this center for any shipping needs and definitely the center head for her professional and helpful handling of the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service . Harrasing customer . Deliberately postponed dispatch date, first she said I haven't written any address, after providing address she forgot to dispatch the parcel. Even after her irresponsibility she blames me that I didn't gave reminder. I mean what are you for? This is your job to dispatch each and every parcel. Well you can see in this scrnshot.

Madam is very cooperative and always takes prompt action whenever required. You can trust them blindly with all your valuable consignments. Even their staff are extremely well behaved and helpful. Full marks to their service. Especially madam and their delivery boy Suresh deserve a special mention!
