It's the junction from where salt lake by em bypass can be accessed and other hand to rajpur narendrapur, And sonarpur railway stations can be accessed. Other end to garia metro station. Auto rickshaw is the best means for shot and average distance and week connected to above areas
C 26 connects to howhra railway station by em bypass. buses KB17 SD 5 have there stoppage.
Bus route 218 and 218/1 have good acces to jadavpur KB 17 also. Direct buses to satragachi can be found at regular intervals. All these buses are available throughout the day. But most of them have lager gap interval between next buses.
The area become very congested during school hours as B D memorial school is located just beside. And during evening of end of office hours.
The area is averagely developed with shops main shops come beside .
